These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern the relationship between **MySwiss Theofanakis** ("Company", "we", "us") and **advertisers** ("Clients") listed on [kosinsel.com](https://kosinsel.com). By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all businesses advertised on kosinsel.com. The platform serves as a **guide only**; we do not handle reservations, payments, or transactions between users and advertisers.
2. Advertising Agreement
- Clients pay a **yearly commission** for listings (exact terms outlined in a separate contract). - Listings may include business names, photos, menus, or promotional content. - The Company reserves the right to reject/remove content violating Swiss/EU laws or deemed inappropriate.
3. Payment & Cancellations
- **Payment**: Invoiced annually; no refunds for early termination. - **Cancellation**: Clients may terminate with 30 days' written notice (email to team.kosinsel@gmail.com). Content will be removed upon termination.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients guarantee that: - Uploaded content (images, text) is accurate and owned/has rights to use. - Business information complies with Swiss consumer protection laws. - They will not upload harmful, misleading, or illegal content.
5. Liability
- The Company is **not liable** for: - Errors in listings provided by Clients. - Technical outages beyond our control. - User interactions with advertised businesses. - Clients indemnify the Company against claims arising from their content.
6. Modifications
We may update these TOS with 14 days' notice (posted on the website). Continued use constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by **Swiss law** (Kloten, Zurich jurisdiction). Disputes will be resolved amicably or through Swiss courts.
